For over 40 years, ASIAN, Inc. has worked to support its service community and the community-at-large by delivering core services in small business assistance, business procurement and certifications to promote economic development on a broad scale.
HOUSING DIVISION
ASIAN, Inc. is a HUD-approved local housing counseling agency that creates, educates, and provides affordable housing in the Bay Area for low to moderate income families. Through public and private partnerships, Asian Inc. has mobilized over $62 million in funds for affordable housing projects in the City and County of San Francisco, assisting in new construction and rehabilitation of more than 800 housing units and directly managing more than 250 units. MBDA Fresno is Now Open!
It’s official. The Minority Business Development Agency’s (MBDA) Fresno Center is open for business. Operated by ASIAN, Inc. and dedicated to the expansion of minority business opportunities throughout the Central Valley, the Center will provide comprehensive business assistance, including certification, access to capital and procurement opportunities.
